Once a lesson or course has been confirmed, payment is required within 24 hours to complete your booking. Thank you for your cooperation.
At present, all payments must be made by bank transfer (BACS). This is the safest and most hygienic method of payment.
Bank transfer payments can be completed via:
- Online Banking
- Mobile Banking App
- Telephone Banking
If you wish to pay by credit card, please contact your card provider using the number on the back of your card to arrange a BACS payment.
Alternatively, if you do not use any of the above methods, you may visit your bank branch and pay directly.
All payment details will be included in your confirmation and payment email. Please note that driving lesson or course bookings are only completed once payment has been received.
- Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a weekly driving lesson to avoid being charged.
- If you feel unwell with symptoms of COVID-19 or the flu, contact your instructor as soon as possible. Your lesson will be rescheduled at no extra cost once you are fully recovered.
- If you arrive for a lesson or test under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or without adequate rest, your instructor will not allow you to drive. No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.
- Aggressive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour towards your instructor will result in immediate termination of the lesson. No refund will be provided for that lesson, but any unused credits or future bookings (outside of the 48-hour cancellation window) will be refunded in full.
Intensive and residential courses are delivered by instructors who dedicate their time exclusively to each student’s schedule.
- Refunds for intensive course hours will only be issued if lessons cannot be delivered as booked, e.g., due to an unforeseen vehicle breakdown. In this case, you may either receive a full refund for unused hours or reschedule.
- Refunds or rescheduling cannot be offered due to personal circumstances that prevent attendance.
- If you are uncertain about committing, we recommend starting with a 2-hour assessment lesson before booking an intensive course.
Weekly lessons may be a more flexible and cost-effective option if you prefer not to commit to intensive terms.
- Fees for short-notice driving test cover, preparation lessons, or travel time are non-refundable once booked.
- If your instructor is unable to provide the full service, you will receive a refund for any unused hours.
- If the DVSA cancels your driving test appointment, any reimbursements must be claimed directly from the DVSA.
- Gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of issue and are non-refundable.
- Block bookings or lesson credits must be used within one year of purchase.
If you are eligible for a refund, we will contact you for the necessary details. Refunds must be processed within 28 days of our request. If you fail to respond or provide the required information within this timeframe, the refund will be considered expired and issued as a credit note only.
